Shortly after you book, your officiant will reach out to schedule a phone meeting to chat about your ceremony details and vision. And if for any reason you feel your personalities don’t quite click, we’ll happily connect you with a different officiant who’s a better fit. Your ceremony can be as short or as long as you'd like. Whether you want something lighthearted, spiritual, or non-traditional, we tailor the experience to you. We also handle all the legal paperwork and ensure your marriage is officially registered, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

You’ll receive 2 hours of professional photography to beautifully capture your day. You can choose to have a phone meeting with your photographer beforehand to go over details and preferences or simply go with the flow and let them work their magic. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptionally fast turnaround time! You’ll receive sneak peek photos the same day as your elopement and your full gallery within just 10 days, which is almost unheard of in the wedding industry.

This package is designed for 0-40 guests, with the option to accommodate more upon request.

You’ll have access to our welcome package with a list of indoor and outdoor locations, complete with photos, brochures, pricing, and all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Our list includes official micro wedding venues, studios, private rooms in restaurants or hotels, churches, public parks, hidden gems around the city, beautiful gardens, outdoor spaces available for rent, and we are adding more to our list every day! While most clients choose a location from our list, we’re happy to scout additional options if nothing feels like the perfect fit.

Your elopement planner will be with you every step of the way, handling all the details so you can focus on enjoying your day. From unlimited communication leading up to your elopement, to coordinating with your vendors and ensuring the timeline runs smoothly, we take care of it all. We’re here to answer questions, offer recommendations, and troubleshoot any surprises. Our goal is to make your elopement completely stress-free and tailored to your vision.

Our live stream setup is simple and easy to use. You will receive a link that you can share with any guests who want to watch your elopement remotely. When they click the link, the video opens immediately with no complicated steps required. We provide microphones for you, your partner, and the officiant to ensure everyone can be seen and heard clearly.

We provide microphones and a speaker so everyone can hear your ceremony clearly. The speaker is plug and play, and the microphones connect to you, your partner, and the officiant for a smooth and professional setup.

We have a speaker available for plug and play music during your ceremony.

We offer custom designed PDF invitations that you can easily send to your guests digitally.

We offer pre and post elopement planning support to make your experience effortless from start to finish. Before your wedding, we can help you connect with trusted vendors such as hair and makeup artists, charcuterie or breakfast catering, and transportation services. After your ceremony, we can help you plan a mini reception or dinner celebration in a private room at a restaurant if you would like to continue the celebration with your guests.

A floral bouquet is included with your package, and you can also add a boutonniere if you would like. You will send me a picture of the flowers you want, and I will order and pick them up for you. Your bouquet will be ready and waiting for you at the ceremony.

Your package includes 22 chairs for your ceremony. Additional chairs can be arranged upon request.

There are no travel fees within Edmonton for photographer or officiant.

We handle all communication with your vendors so you do not have to worry about a thing. The only time you will usually need to speak directly with anyone is for the meeting with your officiant, anything food related, or any vendor that specifically requires a meeting. In most cases, it is just the officiant. This keeps your day stress free and everything running smoothly.

Since our elopements are designed to be budget friendly, an indoor space is not automatically included as those require separate rentals and deposits. If you have a private room in a restaurant booked for afterward, we can contact them in advance to let them know there is a small chance we may need to arrive early for the ceremony if it rains. We also know of nearby gazebos and a studio that accepts last minute bookings, so you will always have a backup option if the weather changes.

We provide clear guidance on how and where to obtain your marriage license in Alberta. You will receive step by step instructions, including what documents to bring, where to go, and when to get it, so the process is quick and stress free.

I will be there on the day of your elopement to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I will coordinate with your vendors, guide guests as needed, make sure everyone is where they need to be, and handle all the little details so you can focus on enjoying your day.

A signing table is included for your ceremony. It will be set up and ready with chairs so you can comfortably sign your marriage license and complete your paperwork after the ceremony.

You will receive a personalized timeline for your elopement day that outlines every detail from start to finish. It ensures everyone knows where they need to be and when, keeping your day organized, stress free, and perfectly on schedule.

A welcome sign is included and will be set up at your ceremony location to greet you and your guests as you arrive.

Floral pillars are available as an option for your ceremony setup. They will be arranged and delivered to your location, adding a beautiful and elegant touch to your celebration.

This unique service is included in your package and gives you a short, reel-style video made for Instagram. It’s the perfect way to relive your day, and share it, without the cost of full videography. You’ll get both stunning photos and a highlight video to remember forever.
