We recommend booking 6-12 months ahead to get the best choice of dates and locations, especially for peak season. That said, if you’re planning something last-minute, we have planned elopements with just 48 hours notice before! Reach out!
Your date is officially reserved once a signed contract and deposit are received. Until then, everything is still open and available for other couples.
Once you’ve signed on, you’ll get access to your client portal where you can browse 75+ curated location options. Each location is carefully selected and intentionally different so you can find something that matches your vision, style, and budget.
Options include everything from private indoor spaces and restaurants, to hidden local gems around the city, to well-known venues and iconic spots like the Muttart for example. There’s a wide mix so you’re not limited to just one type of setting.
If none of the options feel quite right, we can also scout additional locations for you based on what you’re looking for. This rarely happens since the list is already very diverse, but we’re always open to finding something new if needed.
Yes, if your location requires permits, we take care of the coordination and details so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork or approvals.
Yes, depending on your package, we can help coordinate or recommend vendors like florals, decor, and other add-ons. The goal is to keep everything cohesive and easy for you.
We always plan with weather in mind. Depending on the situation, we can adjust timing, find backup spots, or talk through rescheduling options if there is a storm so your day still feels good and stress-free.
On your wedding day, we’re there to guide everything so you don’t have to think about logistics. We help with timing, flow, setup, and making sure everyone knows where to be. Our role is to keep things calm, organized, and easy so you can actually enjoy the moment.
After your elopement, we’ll guide you through any next steps like paperwork details and vendor wrap-ups if needed. If photography is included, you’ll also receive your sneak peeks the same day of your wedding and full gallery within the 14 days. We’re still available if you have questions even after your day is done.

Very little. Once you’re booked, we guide you through decisions step-by-step so it never feels overwhelming. Most couples just choose preferences and we handle the coordination.
You do have to get your marriage license on your own though! It's an easy process that we can assist with.
Yes! We can do big weddings. We also have a custom micro-wedding package too, check it out!
That’s totally normal. A lot of couples start unsure. We can walk you through what the typical wedding day looks like so you can decide if it feels right before committing to anything. We are also pretty flexible with the contract so if you know you want to proceed but need a bit of time to figure out what package or date, that's okay!
Our clients can have no guests or up to 100 guests.
We work with a small, trusted group of professional officiants we coordinate based on your date and style. They are experienced with elopements and know how to keep the ceremony relaxed, personal, and smooth.
Yes, you can absolutely use your own officiant. We’ll just coordinate details with them to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Yes. If you already have someone you love, we’re happy to work with them. We’ll coordinate timelines and details with them directly so everything flows properly on the day.
Yes. Our packages are flexible and can be adjusted depending on what you want.
